Privacy Notice pursuant to Articles 13 and 14 of EU Regulation No. 2016/679

EU Regulation No. 2016/679 on the protection of personal data (also referred to simply as the “GDPR”) has harmonised personal data processing legislation across all Member States of the European Union. One of the main objectives of the GDPR is to give individuals greater control over their personal data and to simplify the regulatory framework governing international business by harmonising and standardising data protection rules within the EU. Protecting the confidentiality of the personal data of our stakeholders is one of our primary commitments.

In compliance with the obligations imposed by applicable data protection legislation, please note the following:

  1. The Data Controller is Namira S.G.R.p.A., with registered office at Via Durini 15 – 20122 Milan (MI), Italy.
  2. This Privacy Notice applies exclusively to the website www.portamecenate.com nd not to any other websites that may be accessed by the user through links.
  3. The Data Controller processes your personal data, including your first name, last name, email address and telephone number, which are necessary to use the services offered by the Data Controller through the website www.portamecenate.com, in particular through the contact form and the brochure request form.
  4. Your personal data are processed by the Data Controller and used to respond to your requests, provide you with the requested brochure and contact you, including for commercial purposes, in relation to the services offered, as described on the website.
  5. Providing your personal data through the website forms is optional. However, failure to provide such data will prevent the Data Controller from responding to your request or providing you with the brochure.
  6. When you request to download the brochure, the email address you provide is collected and, through an automation implemented using the Make platform, stored in a Google Sheets spreadsheet exclusively accessible to the Data Controller. This email address is used directly by the Data Controller to contact you as a potential customer. Under no circumstances will your data be transferred, sold or disclosed to third parties for their own purposes.
  7. When you complete and submit the contact form, some of the data you enter are temporarily stored in technical cookies solely to enable the same data to be displayed on the thank-you page shown immediately after submission. These cookies are deleted immediately after this use and are neither retained nor used for any other purposes.
  8. Your personal data are processed using automated means for the time strictly necessary to achieve the purposes for which they were collected. In any event, except as provided in point 7 with regard to the contact form cookies, data collected through the website forms will be deleted two years after your last interaction with the website or upon withdrawal of consent, if earlier.
  9. The Data Controller undertakes to protect the personal data provided and to implement appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect them against unauthorised or unlawful processing and against accidental loss, destruction or damage, pursuant to Article 32 et seq. of the GDPR.
  10. The Data Controller also informs you that, as provided for by the Regulation, you may exercise the following rights: the right of access to your personal data;
    • the right to rectification;
    • the right to erasure (“right to be forgotten”): you have the right to obtain from the Data Controller the erasure of your personal data;
    • the right to restriction of processing;
    • the right to data portability;
    • the right to object to processing, including processing for commercial contact purposes;
    • the right to withdraw consent (it should be noted that withdrawal of consent does not affect the lawfulness of processing based on consent given prior to its withdrawal);
    • the right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority (in Italy, the Garante per la protezione dei dati personali).
